Ongoing Training

We run regular training workshops at our Training Theatre in Leeds - accommodating up to 7 delegates on each workshop. In addition we offer fully customised training to all of our clients which is designed around your website.

We offer training at our offices in Leeds and London, but can also provide on site training to customers who need it. In addition as staff change we can rerun training courses for new members of staff or refresher courses should you need them.

Depending on your particular website configuration training can cover:

  • Using our content management system
  • Managing the search engines
  • Reviewing performance using statistics
  • Reviewing performance using Google Analytics
  • Using our ecommerce and order processing system
  • Handling orders and best practice
  • Customer services tools built into our system
  • Spotting fraudulent transactions and rejecting them

Our systems are equipped with online documentation which includes 'How To' guides, a searchable Glossary or terms, an index of all online documentation and regularly updated articles on how to get the best out of your website.
