Website Testing

We always have a keen eye on conversion rates and ensuring that visitors to your website find what they want quickly and without any fuss. That's where usability testing and A/B testing come in.

We work with third party usability testing companies to carry out extensive usability testing of your website after launch to allow us to guage the success of the originally implemented design. Understanding the profile of your user is key to ensuring high conversion rates and excellent levels of repeat visits.

When your website was originally envisaged its likely that the profile of visitors expected to visit was different to those that actually do visit. This is where usability testing can help us finesse the website for maximum effectiveness.

In additon to usability testing, we also employ A/B testing methods - for example we could decide to use one style of checkout this week (checkout A) and a completely different design next week (checkout B). We then analyse the orders placed and depending on which checkout has the highest level of conversion that's the one we implement.
