Supporting your website
Making sure your website stays ahead of the pack should be your key focus once you've got your launch out of the way. Chapter Eight works with its clients to ensure that this happens; providing ongoing technical support, documentation, workshops, testing and training.

Face Time
Once your website is launched, we get down to planning with you the next 12 months of activities around it. We hold regular 'Face Time' meetings with all of our clients (at least quarterly) to review performance and plan what happens next.
Website Workshop
Our full-day Website Workshops are an opportunity for you to network with existing Chapter Eight customers and find out how they're taking advantage of the web using our systems. We also serve a rather nice lunch.
Website Testing
Making sure your website remains easy to use and keeps up to date with the latest innovations in web design is part of the work we do with you throughout the life of your website.
Ongoing Training
When we've built your website we not online provide a complimentary training course on using our systems, but full online documentation and ongoing training too should you need it.
Customer Services
If you ever need support or advice, our friendly Customer Services team based in Yorkshire are available on the telephone, by email and via our dedicated customer website.
