From what began in the Scottish highlands over 400 years ago, Clan Douglas has evolved into one of the finest manufacturers of cashmere garments the length and breadth of the country. Scottish cashmere is renowned throughout the world and the fine craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail that was a feature of the spinners, knitters and weavers of Hawick some four centuries ago have been retained even to this day. Employgo required a 100% on-line free employment service for 16-25 year olds and they came to Chapter Eight to make this happen. Although currently focused in the Yorkshire area, the intention is to go national sometime early next year as the website goes from strength to strength. Uniquely, they are the only recruitment website that offers free jobs posting for employers as well as free registration for Job-seekers. Chapter Eight developed the more complex facets of the website, with an emphasis on new and workable functionality that keeps candidates coming back for more. Online recruitment has never been so easy.
